More Info:
MG Cars is a former British sports car manufacturer, which was founded in 1924, the creator of the MG brand.
MG Cars is best known for its two-seat open sports cars, but MG also produced saloons and coupés. More recently, the MG marque has also been used on sportier versions of other models belonging to the parent company.
The MG marque was in continuous use (barring the years of the Second World War) for 56 years after its inception. Production of predominantly two-seater sports cars was concentrated at a factory in Abingdon, some 10 miles (16 km) south of Oxford. The British Motor Corporation (BMC) competition department was also based at the Abingdon plant and produced many winning rally and race cars. In the autumn of 1980, however, the Abingdon factory closed and MGB production ceased.
Between 1982 and 1991, the MG marque was revived on sportier versions of Austin Rover’s Metro, Maestro and Montego ranges. After an interval of barely one year, the MG marque was revived again, this time on the MG RV8 — an updated MGB Roadster with a Rover V8 engine, which was produced in low volumes.
The “real” revival came in the summer of 1995, when the high volume MG F two-seater roadster was launched. This was an instant hit with buyers, and sold in volumes which had been unthinkable on affordable two-seaters since the 1970s.
The MG marque passed, along with the Rover marque to the MG Rover group in May 2000, when BMW ‘broke up’ the Rover Group. This arrangement saw the return of MG badges on sportier Rover-based cars, and a revised MG F model, known as the MG TF, launched in 2002. However, all production ceased in April 2005 when MG Rover went into administration.
The assets of MG Rover were bought by Chinese carmaker Nanjing Automobile in July 2005 who themselves were bought by SAIC in December 2007.[1]
In 2007 production of the MG TF roadster and MG 7 large sports saloon (derived from the previous Rover 75/MG ZT model) started in China.[2] Assembly of MG TFs for the European market, from Chinese built complete knock down (CKD) kits, was started by NAC MG UK at Longbridge in August 2008.[3]

Combination Of Different Griffito
Definition
ORIGIN mid 19th cent.: from Italian (plural), from graffio ‘a scratch.’USAGE In Italian, the word graffiti is a plural noun, and its singular form is graffito. Traditionally, the same distinction has beenmaintained in English, so that graffiti, being plural, would require a plural verb: : the graffiti were all over the wall. By the same token, the singular would require a singular verb: : there was a graffito on the wall. Today these distinctions survive in some specialist fields such as archaeology, but sound odd to most native speakers. The most common modern use is to treat graffiti as if it were a mass noun, similar to a word like writing, and not to use graffito at all. In this case, graffititakes a singular verb, as in : the graffiti was all over the wall. Such uses are now widely accepted as standard and may be regarded as part of the natural development of the language, rather than as mistakes. A similar process is going on with other words such as agenda, data, andmedia.

Late Afternoon Shoot

The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren
is an Anglo-German hypercar jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive,
built in Portsmouth and the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey, England.
Due to the presence of the automatic gear box, front mid-engined arrangement,
and its driving characteristics, some commentators classify
the SLR McLaren as a GT whose rivals would be vehicles like the Aston Martin DBS
V12 andFerrari 599 GTB Fiorano.
SLR stands for “Sport, Leicht, Rennsport” (sport, light, racing).
The car’s base price Was GB£295,337(approx.US$450,000 or €351,269 , c. 2009)
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren was inspired by the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR of 1955,
based on the W196 F1 car, yet named after the road-going 300SL Gullwing.
Unlike most of its contemporaries,
its engine is front-mid mounted.
McLaren took the original concept car designed by Mercedes
and moved the engine 1 metre (39.4 in) behind the front bumper,
and around 50 centimetres (19.7 in) behind the front axle.
They also optimized the design of the center firewall.
On 4 April 2008, Mercedes announced they would cease production of the SLR.
The last of the coupes rolled off the production line at the end of 2007
and the roadster version was discontinued in early 2009.
The SLR sports a 232 kg (510 lb) hand-built 5,439 cc (5.439 L; 331.9 cu in),
supercharged, all-aluminium, SOHC V8 engine.
The cylinders are angled at 90 degrees with three valves per cylinder
and lubricated via a dry sump system.
The compression ratio is 8.8:1 and the bore
and stroke is 97 millimetre (3.82 in) and 92 millimeters (3.62 in),
respectively.
The Lysholm-type twin-screw supercharger rotates
at 23000 revolutions per minute and produces 0.9 bar (13 psi) of boost.
The compressed air is then cooled via two intercoolers.
The engine generates a maximum power of 626 PS (460 kW; 617 hp)@6500rpm
and maximum torque of 780 N·m (580 lb·ft)@3250-5000rpm
60 mph (97 km/h) from a standstill in 3.5 seconds.
The 0 – 100 mph (160 km/h) sprint was achieved in 7.5 seconds
and a quarter mile run was completed in 11.5 seconds at 126 mph (203 km/h).
